256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption
All file transfers to and from our servers are encrypted using advanced 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. This ensures that your files cannot be intercepted or modified by third parties during transit.
Automatic File Purge
We enforce a strict data retention policy. Uploaded files are temporarily stored in a secure, isolated folder to execute your requested tasks, and are completely and permanently deleted within 1 hour. No backup copies are retained.
Zero File Analysis
Your files belong exclusively to you. We do not read, view, parse, copy, or analyze your content. Your document contents are never used to train machine learning models or displayed to anyone.
GDPR & ISO Compliance Ready
Our processing protocols adhere to strict user privacy regulations, including GDPR and standard ISO data handling guidelines. Our hosting infrastructure features round-the-clock threat mitigation, access control, and logging.
Data Lifecycle & Handling Timeline
This is how your files flow securely through ZiloIMG:
1. User Upload
Files are transferred securely from your browser to our isolated temporary container via TLS 1.3.
2. Processing
Our server executes the selected tool parameters entirely in-memory and outputs the result file.
3. Secure Expiration
Both original and processed files are stored under cryptographic paths and are deleted permanently after 1 hour (or immediately if you press the purge button on the download interface).
Our Pledge
